Powersafe Home Electrical Safety Inspections

Home insurers are now stricter with their policies concerning the insuring of older homes. Fewer and fewer companies will now insure homes older than 30 years old with original wiring. Most companies insist that the home be re-wired before they will offer insurance, adding an expense of $10,000. or more, for you, the purchaser.

Powersafe recognizes that many older homes with original wiring are perfectly safe. Powersafe knows how to recognize the dangers in the home electrical systems. Working together with insurance underwriters, Powersafe has developed a Home Electrical Safety Inspection Program that facilitates the insurance process.
